WESTERN IOWA WINE TOUR

AUGUST 16-17, 2012

Join us for an interesting trip to explore the different “Wines of Western Iowa” .  The Central United States has the advantage of diverse geologic, physiographic and climatic characteristics which enables production of unique, handcrafted wines that are “site specific”.  We will visit 7 different wineries in western Iowa and enjoy tasting the outstanding wines produced by them.

• Suger Clay Winery in Thurman
• Walbash Wine Country near Shenandoah and sack lunch
• Prairie Crossing Winery in Treynor
• Kings Crossing in Glenwood with dinner
• Breezy Hills Winery in Minden
• Danish Countryside Windry in Elk Horn with lunch at the Danish Inn
• Loess Hills Vineyard in Crescent
• Overnight lodging at Harrah’s with breakfast and $5 Free play
• Deluxe motorcoach from Grand Island with continental breakfast served on August 16th

Tour Cost:   $229/person (double occupancy; $219/person (triple or quad occupancy); $259/person (single occupancy)

Reservations as space is available.  Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations made within 30 days up to 2 days before departure will be subject to a fee of $75 per person.  Cancellations made within 2 days before departure will be non-refundable.  No fee will be charged for name changes.
